This freshly rebuilt 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the ideal spot for groups or families looking to enjoy the best of the Green Mountain State. With a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, large deck, and outdoor space, you’ll have all you need for a relaxing Vermont getaway.

After a day on the slopes (just 10 minutes away), come back to this cozy haven to cook a delicious meal, warm up by the gas wood stove, or catch a show on the smart TV. The house sleeps up to 6 comfortably, making it a great choice for your ski trip or summer adventure.

Main Level Comforts

Start your stay in the welcoming mudroom, with plenty of space for gear, leading to two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer.

Head upstairs to the heart of the home, where the open kitchen and living room, with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, invite you to unwind in a flood of natural light. The living area offers plush seating, a smart TV, and a gas wood stove that keeps the space warm and inviting. Nearby, you’ll find a third bedroom and another full bathroom for convenience.

Our property shines year-round with outdoor amenities designed for every season:

• Summer, Fall, and Spring: Gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, play outdoor games, or just relax in the quiet, wooded surroundings. Savor the views from the large deck, and take advantage of complimentary golf, mountain biking, gondola, and adventure center passes (limited availability).
• Winter: Keep your skis and snowboards safe in the storage shed, and park with ease in our flat lot. Dry off your gear in the mudroom with the provided boot dryer, then cozy up by the gas wood stove. We also offer 50% off lift tickets (limited availability) for the nearby slopes!

Additional Information

• Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $95 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Security: For your peace of mind, exterior cameras are on each corner of the house.
• Location: We’re less than 4 miles from the Killington Access Road and 8 miles from the slopes, with nearby golf courses and a town recreation center featuring a pool, sports fields, and more.
• Guest Info: Please enter the correct number of guests as we might apply a per-person surcharge. Minimum rental age is 25.
• Check-In: Enjoy contactless check-in with our smart locks. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an extra fee.
• House Rules: No smoking or pets allowed on the property, with strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. We use Minut to monitor noise levels without affecting your privacy.
